| To better serve our customers, GTCT has established a pool of repaired and repairable parts. The pool allows GTCT to have fully repaired parts available for immediate shipment in order to meet our customers' desire for swift turn around. GTCT also will set up seperate pools for core parts supplied by individual customers. These customer specific pools are maintained by GTCT solely for the use of and at no additional cost to that customer. The customer is not invoiced for repair work on a pool part untill that part is called for by the customer and shipped. Our customers have found our Pool Parts Program to be an excellent way to reduce turn times and manage cash flow.
